NeeTree

One main quest a day.

A few habits beside it, four areas of a life, and a quiet tree that grows as you live them.

Free — it runs right in your browser.

The training inside

The Body category carries my full calisthenics curriculum — guided workouts with demo videos and form cues, from the first push-up to the bar muscle-up. The programs are ones I've trained through myself — they end where my own training does, and they grow as I do.

Down the Body root to a program — the whole path, twenty seconds.

Tuck planche — one of the demo clips inside the workouts.

The first program is free to try, and so is the what-should-I-eat finder. Premium unlocks the rest — every program, plus training nutrition: meal plans and recipes scaled to your own targets.

The life app — quests, habits, the tree, Mind, Love, Purpose — is free and stays free. Premium sells the one thing I can honestly coach: training.

Both start with a 7-day free trial.

The first program’s week

Full body on Monday, Wednesday and Friday — about 45 minutes. Any three days with a rest day between them work the same.

Further in: the push/pull week

H2 · Split Builder — push and pull, twice each. Two on, one off, two on, then the weekend. Starting on any day works the same.

Or just try the free program first — it's already in the app.

The training has its own page — what's inside, and what it costs.

Why I built it

I've trained calisthenics for six years and shared it with millions of people on Instagram. Training was the one part of my life that always had structure — and for a long time, the rest of it drifted. NeeTree is the tool I built to keep the other areas honest: the same deliberate progression I'd put into a training program, pointed at a whole life. I use it every morning.

How it works

Each morning the app asks one question: what's the one thing today? That's your main quest. A few habits sit beside it — yours to choose, and three is plenty.

Completing them grows a tree with four branches. There are no points and no levels — the tree itself is how you see where your days are going, and which part of your life is going thin.

I wrote a short guide for the very beginning: what little equipment helps, the three exercises to master first, how to eat, and a two-week schedule to start with. Leave your email and I'll send it to you — it's free.
